I was the CEO and co-founder of Chewse. I was bullied as a child and experienced the pain of eating lunch in the bathroom — consequently, I built my company to ensure that no one ate lunch alone. I started the company in my college dorm room at 20 and was named Forbes 30 Under 30. I raised $40M in venture capital, grew the company to 300 employees across the US, and then I sold the company at age 30.

The tech industry told me that I had to treat myself like a machine, have no personal life, and I "had to be out for blood." As a result, I became depressed, burnt out, and always felt I was failing. After I sold my business, I studied somatic healing, neuroscience, and psychedelic therapy. I began to heal my relationship with work, past trauma, and my personal life.

I learned that leaders need to build organizations from a place of personal balance and alignment with their hearts. If leaders suffer, so too do their teams.

I built Love Engine with the mission of supporting the mental health, balance, and restoration of servant leaders in technology. Through coaching, somatic work, and psychedelic integration, I support leaders’ efforts to reconnect with deeper love and impact as they scale their efforts to help the world.
