John Lim is a Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Pegasus Tech Ventures managing global investments and operations. He has also been managing the global operations of Startup World Cup since its inception.

John started his career with Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), a South Korean government organization providing international business development support. He worked with KOTRA on various cross-border initiatives, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises with overseas market expansion. He previously also worked at a technology startup in finance and operations.
