David is the Program Director at Blue Startups, a top 20 U.S. Accelerator (Techcrunch), located in Honolulu, Hawai`i. To date, Blue Startups has invested in 129 companies which have gone on to raise $500 million in venture capital. He previously worked as the Sales Manager for Activiter, a travel platform startup in Honolulu, where he led vendor relations, account management, onboarding, contracting, and sales strategy. He co-founded VarsityPrep, helping young athletes enjoy and succeed in sports by providing private and small group coaching services. As co-founder, David was in charge of go-to-market strategy and investor relationships. David graduated from the University of Hawai`i Shidler College of Business with a BBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship where he worked as the Marketing Manager at the Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship and was the President of the Entrepreneurs Club.
