Brent Freeman is a visionary speaker, entrepreneur, and author dedicated to harnessing the power of business to make social impact in the world. In 2009, he founded Roozt.com, the world's first & largest online marketplace for socially conscious consumer brands, which gained widespread media attention. Brent was honored by Forbes as a "Name You Need to Know" in 2011. That same year, he launched “Mission Possible,” a pilot program in East Los Angeles high schools teaching disadvantaged teens to identify social issues and create for-profit business ideas to solve them. This program, adopted as the national curriculum for the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), is now taught to over 50,000 kids worldwide each year, having impacted over 250k students and counting.

In 2014, Brent founded Stealth Venture Labs, a digital marketing firm and venture studio that generated over $1 billion in recurring revenue for clients, and catalyzed an additional $1 billion in M&A deals. Brands like Home Chef, Hello Fresh, MUD/WTR, Factor_75, Evite, and Crocs have trusted SVL with their growth marketing needs for over a decade. Embracing remote work in 2015, SVL pioneered a results-only, remote work environment, providing 100% health, vision, and dental coverage for employees and their dependents, as well as up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave and unlimited PTO.

In 2020, Brent co-founded NonnaLive.com, a cooking experience where real Italian grandmothers teach participants to make pasta from scratch via Zoom or in person in their medieval village outside of Rome. For every class sold, a meal is donated to a family in need. NonnaLive has donated over 50,000 meals and become the #1 Airbnb Experience in the world.

In 2021, Brent formed Stealth Impact Lab, a 501c3 non-profit foundation with the mission of investing in education initiatives worldwide to create asymmetrical impact returns in emerging communities. In 2024, Stealth Impact Lab will rehabilitate & revitalize a secondary school in Tanzania, Africa.

In 2024, Brent left the hustle and grind to pursue a life focused on creating, spreading, and investing in joy, believing that there is no dress rehearsal in life. He travels the world sharing the Alchemy of Joy through workshops, speaking engagements, and 1:1 coaching, helping people rediscover their true joy through the power of inspiration, neuroscience, & subconscious training.
